Ordered from here twice! Disappointed both times! If you want to wait and hour and a half for a slice of already ready cake, and pay over the odds, this is your place. 40 minutes after I placed my order I got a text saying they Didn’t have what I wanted so they texted me to see if I wanted to swap it which I said I did I asked for a drink instead, an hour later when it finally got here, no drink, £2.50 refund. Past few orders, items have been missing and told at the door that they didn’t have the item in even though we sat and waited for over an hour for this order to then recieve half an order with no substitute for the missing item.Then to ring and be told they rang me a few times even though no phone calls, love the food however so dissatisfied after the last few times let down and no substitute to the missing item. Me and my partner craved a shake and a desert so we went to the best place in town. Loved the Brioche Cheesecake and the Biscoff Shake (very thick and nice). Definitely will be coming back!!!
