Visited 21st Dec. Went to self serve and asked Helper how to scan card as never used self service. She advised and said it had scanned. Searched the app but no points. Called customer service and advised card had not scanned and because they couldn't see what was bought unable to add points. Love Asda so much they only problem is last time I went I was in s small isle behind some lady and she kept farting and sadly that old lady was my Nan Doris farts reek of wet dog but over all I love this whole place

I have been away from the UK for many years and recently returned and settled back home, I went to Asda for the full shop. What a fantastic experience it was. Not only was I able to get every item on my extensive list, I found the staff there so helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Asda and your team!!
