Extremely poor service every time I have been to this place. Employees are friendly but waiting times just too long, even at non-busy hours still getting wrong orders at least the last 3 times. Very poor.

Ordered 3 milkshakes on the app waited to collect through the drive through. Got to window 2 to collect and I could see 2 off them were just over 3/4 full so I mentioned this ro the female member of staff, she huffed and took them. Came back and 1 was still the same so when I told her again she said I can't get anymore in but still took it and filled it up. No sorry just attitude. So rude, not the first time I have had poor service and wrong order. Last time I go to this place.

Every single delivery we have from this one restaurant they missed over half of our order!! Our orders are around £50-£60 a time. If I was to consider them being brain dead I think that would be an insult to people who are brain dead! Honestly run like circus no one has a clue what day it is!!!

3 times we've tried ordering a Big Tasty from here, with only cheese and three times they've messed it up. Twice now we've ordered through the app, which has specific customisations, and twice it went through to their system as "plain" resulting in no cheese, so for the third time we decided to order it verbally through the drive-thru so there'd be no mistakes. We ordered a Big Tasty, with no condiments, only cheese and add ketchup.We couldn't believe it when we got home and realised they didn't put the burger on a bun.Next time I feel like having a McDonalds I feel like I should walk into the kitchen and prepare it myself, but no doubt they'd still find a way to mess it up. Absolutely ridiculous.
Cold chicken burger, cold and old chips , mozzarella sticks were tougher than woodpecker lips, and came in a fish finger bag freezing cold - without the salsa sauce. Lovely, just what I ordered ?
