Ordered a flat white, but had to wait about 10 mins for it. There was only 2 other people in the restaurant so I'm guessing the wait was because if rhe drive through customers.Arrived in an over sized cup making it look like an even smaller drink..
At the self-service counter, he never issues a receipt. This brings difficulties, since the order is collected only after I come up and ask for a check. Because of this, we are waiting for an order for a long time.

Always takes forever to get served here and half the time the orders are wrong or have stuff missing. Its so annoying if you go through the drive through and check after and realise its stuff missing.
