The food is fine nothing spectacular. The waitress suggested 3-4 tapas dishes per person but this was definitely an upsell as 2 would be plenty! The toilets were disgusting someone had been sick earlier and in the 2hrs we were there the toilets weren't cleaned, it may have been because it was a Saturday night and they were busy but the smell was vile and certainly put people off there food. Won't be returning.

Absolutely amazing couldn’t fault it! The manager here was so professional and even had good banter. The food was so good and the drinks were on point. Both upstairs and downstairs were friendly and welcoming. Missed a familiar face on the bar that night though. The lovely manager must have given her a night off.

This manager is a disgrace expected us to squeeze into this table I mean none of us are a size 6-8 but we asked nicely to be moved no our only option was leave food under hot plate bearing in mind no one nos what the eating so I’ve just sent all mine back his attitude stinks he said we can get up an leave if we need to how rude Edit he’s knocked drinks off an little waitress called izzie was amazing training an left our table to her but bless her she did amazing who do I complain to

Lovely! The steak is always amazing and the brownie hanging kebab was delicious as always. The staff here are fantastic especially a few more than others. Love coming here. Even the door staff are polite which is refreshin.
Midweek Christmas meal with colleagues. Had never visited Olive Lounge before and as a mainly tapas bar wasn’t expecting much when I ordered steak. How wrong was I? One of the best, most tasty steaks I’ve ever had. Absolutely loved it. I can’t comment on the usual levels of service as we were in a large group who had pre-ordered our meals, but everything came out hot, on time and everyone was happy.

Serving 9 people 9 different dishes and all piping hot at the same time takes a special kind of skill which the chef here has mastered to perfection, Staff are so lovely and very welcoming too , would highly recommend, this was my second time here and will certainly not be my last for sure , Thanks a million .Vegetarian options: Variety of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Variety of different options including gluten free , vegan etc .

Booked in advance for Boxing Day with me and a friend for a table for two. Turned up and sat down to be given a list of what I can only describe is everything off the menu you were not able to serve. We both ended up having pizzas. Could have really gone to fairy pizza or Shiraz across the road! We both tucked in to our pizzas and side of Cajun fries until we realised there was maybe about 3 tubs of Cajun spice poured on them. If we wanted spice we would have gone to Bollywood for a hot curry. We were sat down eating when we we heard a table of 6 complaining they had put a £20 deposit and no food on the menu. Waitress was very apologetic and proceeded to say because It was Christmas you’d had to freeze everything so it would last. The table then complained about have no chicken thighs and said she would ring the manager. After she spoke to the manager she then went back to the table and said “really sorry we have got chicken thighs and also croquettes which she probably sent someone to co-op to supply as we were told they didn’t have any. If you can’t cater then don’t advertise! Simple!
