We visited on a Saturday night during December and had the Christmas menu. I had the Prawn Cocktail to start and the Seabass for main course. I have to say I expected more for the prices they were charging. Portions were very small compared with previous meals we've had there. Recently visited and had the a meal from the Christmas menu. The restaurant was very busy and we were constantly passed by people throughout. The food was very nice but certainly not fine dining. It was very expensive for what we had, drinks way overpriced. If you’re going to advertise it is as fine dining then it needs to be presented as such. Didn't experience any of this friendly service mentioned in other reviews. Was just normal.Self defined as fine dining, but it was just OK. The duck skin could have been crisper in my opinion. Portion sizes are too small, even for fine dining. Waitress didn't even serve our water or wine, just plonked the bottles on the table. Was OK for a first visit, but won't be making it a regular. For the price, we've had better meals and experience elsewhere.
