We've been here a few times and regardless of who the staff are they are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I just can't fault them. The food is always great, the prices are competitive and the servings this time were a bit more manageable - previously I felt guilty I couldn't finish it all. Oh, yeah and the cocktails, especially the Rasputin, are very recommended as is the wide variety of beers.
