Absolutely fantastic service from the crew here today at Costa Kilner Way, steak and Mexicans toastie was out of this world, highly recommend you try. Waiter clearing the tables was really friendly, polite and very quick at clearing the tables as the store was extremely busy
This is a standard coffee shop as you would expect in any urban area. Admittedly, it has been in severe decline as a business since its sale to America a few years ago. The British stanards have been dropped and it shews. It no longer feels British and over the years of being a regular customer, I've noticed a decline in footfall. As the food is insanely based on carbohydrates, I would never eat there but I did enjoy the coffee.Dietary restrictions: This isn't a place to find food if you have any dietary restrictions, only high carbohydrate cakes and sandwiches are available.Parking: This shop is on a retail park with a huge car park and it isn't usually difficult to find a space.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps on the estate and Costa have always had accessible provision for wheelchairs, however they retain the old pull doors, so assistance will be required.

Dire atmosphere. From the outside where there were uncleared tables it looked to be closed Not surprising because inside several hours before it was due to close seating areas were either blocked off or had chairs on tables with a dark and dingy atmosphere most unconducive to staying particularly at the prices charged
