This is a standard coffee shop as you would expect in any urban area. Admittedly, it has been in severe decline as a business since its sale to America a few years ago. The British stanards have been dropped and it shews. It no longer feels British and over the years of being a regular customer, I've noticed a decline in footfall. Friendly efficent polit staff just nipped in this morning for a quick coffee. This is a lot cleaner and friendlier than a couple of the other Costa coffeeQuite big inside. I Would pop in again if I was in the area.

Absolutely fantastic service from the crew here today at Costa Kilner Way, steak and Mexicans toastie was out of this world, highly recommend you try. Waiter clearing the tables was really friendly, polite and very quick at clearing the tables as the store was extremely busy
