It is average costa coffee, everything you know about costa applies to this café as well. I only got a coffee, which was fine.

The space and place where lovely but Amy the sever was very rude, told me to wait and refused to let the young man serve me that was working with her he was very quick to come and assist me but Amy wouldn't allow it ? Amy was loud sarcastic laughing at her self saying things like really and have a nice day at 19hrs in the evening! Amy carried on like this as I walked out the door.It was as if she was showing off or had a power trip. I went to collect £3.50 worth of good to go. There was one more to collect after me. Amy refused to mix the products so 3 bits of cake for the other collection. I got 3 sandwichs is about £4 each. Not worth it food to go supermarket knockdowns at the end of the day are better and edible.I had 3 vegan Christmas sandwiches which where absolutely awfal that coming from a vegetarian. At least do better than a bit of old white bread, runny insides and just not nice.I've always used to good to go in 4 years this is the worst £3.50 I've spent couldn't eat even a mouthful. No wonder they where the sandwiches left over.Amy do better in a less high pitched Voice please it's fast food not good food so let people get served timely not in a dictatorship fashion.

Visited on trip to Sheffield and called in for coffee. The downstairs area was cold and uninviting, no background music, one cardboard Christmas tree and the walls crumbling with damp. Overall disappointing.

Typical Costa experienceStaff did get order wrong and some tables needed

Great atmosphere but shocking food, the croissant was at least one day old, cold and hard that i had to ask to warm up. The hot chocolates were tasteless! The gentleman who took the order did not even smile or say Good morning back to me!! Really rude.Wont go back

I love this Costa Coffee Shop. Well situated for the Peace Gardens, Winter Gardens, Millenium Galleries, and Theatres. I'm a regular customer and enjoy the coffee and the good selection of scrummy cakes and snacks. But what makes this is the hardworking team of friendly Baristas.

Fast and friendly service. Good drinks and food. Seating was adequate but needed more places to sit and more comfortable seating. Otherwise very good and happy to visit
