Love the foodBut I have 1 criticism why does the food service come off early ,thought it was just early on Sundays .But visited again on Wednesday & the menus were took away at 6.30 pm Why so early .

Smaller pub, just on the edge of the city centre and close to Sheffield Hallam University main campus.Staff are friendly, although service sometimes a little slow, with poor listening skills on occasion (wanted meat and potato pie, but rather than say it wasn't available and state the alternatives, my friend kept being overridden with "so steak and ale pie?")Food good quality and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

This is one of those pubs that's been around forever and the quality goes up and down. I'm assuming as it changes owners. In October 23 I can't knock it. The food is tasty and appealing. The drinks are reasonably priced compared to other parts of town and the staff are very friendly. As its close to our new office it's become our local and hope it remains as it is for a long time to come.Vegetarian options: There's an option for everyone.Parking: It's all paid parking...read full review
