Asked for no coffee in my cream based frappe but I could taste right away they had put coffee in it. I politely asked if it could be remade as I cant have coffee as it makes me ill and they argued with me and rudely said they definitely hadn't put coffee in it. Such rude staff and clearly aren't bothered about dietary requirements.

I called in this Costa for breakfast while I was waiting for my car being serviced nearby. I had a cheese toastie & 2 lattes while I was there. The staff & food as always were very good.

Well I've been coming for years and in the last 11 months you have put the price up twice and changed from 8 beans to 10 beans for a free coffee. Feel you av left me no choice but to get my coffee elsewhere. Very disgruntled customer. Mr Gingerbread Man

Arrived at 5pm (closes at 5:30).Half the seating area was closed off because they were already cleaning for closing time, meaning no options to sit on the comfier seats (baring in mind one of our group has terminal cancer).The blind was already pulled down on the food area despite it being half an hour to closing so no food options.The dishwasher was already on so no actual crockery available so all given take away cups. My drink was put in two take away cups inside one another, as it was too hot, and did not cool down during the time we were in there as it was in an inappropriate cup - wound up taking it home and drinking an hour later!If you are a cafe which closes at 5:30, surely cups, food and seats are the bare minimum until that time?

Would like to compliment Lauren and her wonderful team of staff Jo Olivia Tom and last but not least the lovely smiling Zoe. (There's a few more who've covered the odd shift suffice to say they're all nice) I'm classed as severely disabled due to various long term mental health issues. The last 3 months have been pretty bad even by my standards.ive been in a every day sometimes twice in this time The staff are very friendly and supportive can't thank them enough Lauren is an excellent manager who facilitates a lovely atmosphere she and her team are a credit to your companyMany thanksMike??P.S just today 18th July met the newest member of the team Chloe l my instant impression is that she's a lovely young lady who I believe will fit in very well and will be an invaluable addition to the team Welcome Chloe

Bit of a shambles, more staff than customers but dirty plates on the counter and, I have to wait for the server to replenish the cakes, write a sticker, place it neatly and precisely on a wall, then do a little jig before acknowledging I'm even there.When she finally serves me she makes my coffee before putting my toastie in the oven.My flat white was more like a double shot latte.The latter 2 could be replicated in other Costa but the service and speed is what really left a bitter taste.
Absolutely disgraceful going into get coffee with children and a oerson in there making adult video

We need to use the toilets but we are not allowed to go in!! Why? She says the shop it about to close but the shop closes at 4pm and we came at 3pmThis shop is terrible. So I would give them a 1 star. We came twice to tell her we really need it it’s a full emergency but they don’t even care they say sorry but they say it that they are not sorry. Just trying to be evil.Kid-friendliness: Says no to go to toilet and it was an emergency
