Would like to compliment Lauren and her wonderful team of staff Jo Olivia Tom and last but not least the lovely smiling Zoe. (There's a few more who've covered the odd shift suffice to say they're all nice) I'm classed as severely disabled due to various long term mental health issues. I'm not a huge Costa fan but speed has improved significantly over past 12 months. Some staff still have an issue with using recyclable cups and knowing how much should go in them. It doesn't always have to be filled to the top if ordering only a small drink.

I called in this Costa for breakfast while I was waiting for my car being serviced nearby. I had a cheese toastie & 2 lattes while I was there. The staff & food as always were very good.
