Asked and was charged for a bake and hot drink but th serving tried giving me a sausage roll instead (cheaper that what I paid). I was also charged for a bag but was then told they didn't have any. My hot drink wasn't even full, at least 2 inch of drink missing and my bake was cold even though it is supposedly freshly cooked and put under a heater ?

Don't know if Greg's have changed there ingredients but twice now and from different stores the sos,an bean melt just haven't been the same. And if they have ,why
Food always cold even during the morning. Staff said their food is supposed to be fresh not warm. Not given the option to reheat food.

There prices have gone up in the last few months and the service charge for having a seat in the shops is very expensive and most of the time they don't clean around the seating area till the end of the day
