I would say this location does the bare minimum very well. I ordered a meatball marinara and I got it, sure. It might not have been toasted, or had cheese, or bacon like I asked, but it was the basic form of the sandwich, nice and warm.And sure the last time I ordered the same sandwich I got it. Was it toasted? No. Did it have the sauce I asked for? It didn’t. And extra cheese? Decent variety of sandwiches. The ability to customise to such an extent is pretty good. Saves you having to pick out the bits you don't like, which often happens at other places. Or from having to wait ages for a custom order since they're all created to order so it's not a special request.There's probably a filling to suit everybody's tastes.

Had food which was OK although one of the Meatballs on my sandwich was rock hard for some reason but sauce and salad were all normal and no real issues. Didn't help that the main Server was currently outside having a ciggie before coming in and throwing gloves on serving us without washing hands first ?♂️
