The Moat house is lovely and is set in a nice part of Staffordshire. It's a great place to bring colleagues, friends or family.It's great for a drink in the bar or outside by the pond. The ducks are so tame that they will walk right up to you. The bar meals are very nice and suit a more laid back dining experience.The Orangery restaurant feels a little bit more formal and is ideal for celebrations or romantic meals. They also do a fantastic breakfast.

We went for afternoon tea to celebrate my cousin's 80th birthday.It's a bit more expensive than other places, but the setting and ambience is superb.The food was excellent. We were offered extra sandwiches and mini quiches and more tea and coffee. We couldn't manage all the cakes but were provided with boxes to bring the remainder home.
