Just popped in while I was in town didn't have any food so can't rate them on that but coffee is always nice.?Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to enter and leave as it's all flat due to being inside the shopping centre.?

Ideal for that quick coffee stop whilst shopping. Lots of seating available and the customers are served with a smile and extremely quickly. A very good selection of cakes, snacks and sandwiches available to accompany your coffee or your drink of choice. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I recommend a visit when you’re next out in town.

Professional and polite staffs. Lots of seating, the queue went quickly. I noticed that the tables was quickly cleaned after customers leave which I think is great. I would recommend this place 100%
Stopped for a quick coffee and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well all the staff got along with each other and customers too. Service was quick and drinks were delicious.I thought the lady in all black (manager?), who was training up a new starter, was fantastic and looked so happy to be there.So much better than Starbucks, where I once saw a mouse ?

Quite disappointed with the service I received here. I ordered a hot chocolate and a caramel frappe, I was served by Tyler who when ordering the frappe made it quite clear that this was a difficult ask. Shrugging his shoulders and saying that it’s complicated while looking at the queue behind. He made it quite awkward and I felt like i was an inconvenience by ordering something that he didn’t want to make. Not the attitude or service I usually receive from your baristas.

I brought a maple hazelnut latte and a cheese and ham toastie to eat in once I found a clean table, my drink sat on the tray going cold it was just at warm enough to drink otherwise I would of took it back but normally it’s really hot while they finished cooking my toastie then just put it on the tray and walked off no moving tray to me or a thank you usually they say I’ll bring toastie over but I haven’t been for a while There is a handful of people in here two of the staff girls are sat chatting while food was on the floor all around them there’s about 15 tables with dirty pots on them waiting to be cleared another staff member sat chatting on her phone the toilets are dirty. No customers waiting to be served don’t get why they are not clearing tables I had to wipe my table with my napkin before I could sit down. I can understand they may have been busy but no one in now waiting to be served but don’t think I’ll come again it’s gone down hill
