Had an overnight stay here for a family party. Room spotless and, even though the hotel was pretty full, very quiet. Special mention for all the restaurant staff on Sunday morning 3rd march. Every table was taken but the service passed smoothly and efficiently. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10.Food & drinks: Quality.

Standard Premier Inn experience. Great value, quality rooms which are quiet and provide sanctuary for a night. We stayed whilst having an evening event at the National Arboretum. There’s plenty of parking and a Beefeater next door for a drink or food.

Great hotel. All the usual features and located next to beefeater for your meals. Morrisons across the road for bits. Near bus stop if you don't want to drive.

Absolutely fine. Family room was large enough for us all, the staff had kindly left out a couple of Christmas treats and everything was just what we needed for an overnight stop.

Had a phone call 24 hours before my booking from felicity to see if she could do anything for us like booking into the restaurant on site and was were we staying for a special occasion. We said we had booked into a restaurant for our company Xmas meal but would love it she thought she could leave us a surprise. Arrived and found that felicity had left a personal postcode saying that welcome to the area and hope we have a great company meal. And left us also with a few chocolate biscuits. What a wonderful thing to do.The room was Immaculate and spacious. The staff on reception, shout out to Felicity were very friendly and helpful and smiling.Overall a fantastic experienceNoteworthy details: Felicity needs a pay rise

Good location but reception staff couldn't answer simple enquiries. Tried to extend my stay but despite hotel being empty this was a complicated task that ended up being more of an issue than making new plans.

Friendly/helpful staff, as always.Had a good room (new style) this time, which is much better than the existing rooms. Great location, especially for food and drink - Beefeater next door, Morrisons accross the road, McDonalds also within walking distance, a Carter & Miller restaurant, and an excellent Toby carvery no more than half a mile away.
