“Visited yesterday with my two grandsons for lunch as Subway is their favourite go-to place to eat. Everything was good about our visit and we were served by a lovely young lady named Wendy Woo - very friendly, helpful and chatty, a great customer interaction which makes, in my opinion, a very pleasant and enjoyable visit.
Totally different to our visit earlier in the week to your branch at Kingsway Retail Park, Derby, where you have installed a line of self-service ordering stations, with no alternative! You cannot see your sub being prepared, no staff/customer interaction, you don't even see a staff member until one appears at the end of the counter to hand over your meal. A really dull, soulless and uninteresting experience! Needless to say, we will NOT be eating there again, or anywhere else where you insist on installing that system!
Wendy Woo gets our vote every time. 10/10!”

“Decent Subway in Shell petrol station. Small area of seating but clean and with good opening times. Friendly staff and good tasty product selection.”

“Just to let you know i am a per that Observes people.The subway in the Octagon centre is getting better with the new menu it is hard for the staff and the customers knowing what goes in a sub. The Interactions with the customers can be better for some of the staff and with each other. The lady that was the manger was great but she could of been better if she had be given the training that she should have had from the start. The new temporary manger is but she is not normally over at this one but she is do well. The new menu is all wrong it was better the way is was and you knew what was in your sub now you have to read everything Twice so you know what is going into the sub who ever Decided do it that this must be mad and not thinking of what the customers. We'll that is all I have to say let's see how it goes this week hopefully better than last week”
