Just to let you know i am a per that Observes people.The subway in the Octagon centre is getting better with the new menu it is hard for the staff and the customers knowing what goes in a sub. The Interactions with the customers can be better for some of the staff and with each other. The lady that was the manger was great but she could of been better if she had be given the training that she should have had from the start. Place was filthy food all over the floors and tables! Man who made my sub clearly was new an had not be taught how to make a sub properly was soooo messy and more food out side the sub than in a I struggled to handle my food !Lady on the till was lovely and very polite
