Delivery was ok ✅ but the food 1000% was not if your planning on treating yourself please I would not recommend this. I ordered cheese omelette with fries, gravy, curry sauce and garlic bread. The chips were soggy cold and tasted microwaved (just like everything else) I bit into one and had a ooze of water in my mouth I was wondering where the cheese was in my black burnt omelette. Garlic bread was hard but no crunch and more like butter with a stingy bit of garlic. Everything was bland tasteless and felt sick luckily contacted them and I’m being issued a refund if I could put 0 for the food I would this place is a waste of space for some other company that has great food my money won’t be going into there cheap replaced food ?

Whilst delivery was quick, the food was rubbish. They use off brand pop and it’s zero sugar. ? then the pizzas are tiny and are worse than a frozen pizza from Asda. The meat on the pizza is dry and tasteless. The nuggets are the tiny pathetic things you can buy from Iceland. They’re also gritty and just gross. The chips were meh. Texture was good but flavour wasn’t really there. And they was salted which tbh shouldn’t have been. Not seen inside the place. But this won’t be my local for sure

If I could leave less than one star for all aspects of review then I would!Having ordered almost two hours before their stated opening hours, we waited an hour and then rang to see where our order had gotten to, after being hung up on twice on the third call we were told that the delivery driver had gone home and they were closed!!!No apology, no gesture of goodwill, no kiss my a@s!!Given that upon ordering they immediately took card payment and would have access to a contact number the owner/staff had every opportunity to call and advise us that the delivery wouldn't be possible!!!Told to contact customer services for them to process a refund which strangely enough would entail calling the takeaway shop directly... So I'm assuming will be spoken to dismissively and fobbed off.Am merely left wondering how many others people they have to coin a phrase 'mugged off' and charged for food that hasn't arrived!AvoidAvoidAvoid!

Ordered from here loads over the years and can happily say I’ve not had one problem, foods always been bang on for the price and enjoyed it every timeDelivery is always super quick and the guys at the shop were super understanding when I accidentally sent them to my old address, they called and bought my food to the new one happily

We have ordered food From Hollywood and twice we have been disappointed First time we ordered Meal deal 4 I believe it was a drink 2x large pizzas and a large portion of chips for £21. But what we received for £23 was 2 x small pizzas 4 slice each they tasted ok we did not say anything Then earlier today we ordered 1 large mixed mead and chips 1 small 2x battered sausage instead we got 2x plain sausage and 2x boxes of gone off meat I'm now sick half way through mine I noticed the meat was thick cut and bad inside I will be reporting this to the proper authorities first thing in the morning as this man should not be aloud to trade if this is what he think he can keep doing reading the reviews after the meal apparently this has gone on for years I will also be asking for a full refund for both meals.If I could leave - star I would.

If you like doner meat don't eat from here, it's not doner meat it tastes like luncheon meat, absolutely disgusting. Chips soggy and cold too. Do not and I mean do not have the doner from here. Not tried the pizzas so can't comment on them but I don't fancy those if your meat is that cheap. Awful

We have ordered an pizza and they delivered wrong one. We have tried to call them so many time they don’t even pick the call which was intentional cause they gave us wrong pizza intentionally. Also, when we tried to call them from different number they picked the call and they was very rude. We will recommend people to avoid this restaurant. They deserve 0 star. Terrible service I have ever seen.

I was one of Their regular customer. Tonight i ordered chicken feast pizza but they intentionally delivered the wrong pizza and it was cold af and also it didn’t had a single piece of chicken. We ordered tonight and couldn’t be more disappointed, Chicken wings were burnt to a crisp, the chicken wrap was falling apart and the chips were soggy and wet. The order was over 2 hours late and phoned the restaurant for them to say the driver was on the way and we phoned again 40 minutes later for them to say they were just leaving. Overall not good enough. Would avoid especially when a wrap and chicken wings cost £20 including delivery in which was late.

Ordered Friday, have tried with food hub since for a refund. Food was cold, greasy and kebab meat was actually pink. Has made me ill over the weekend, absolutely disgusting. When ringing for a refund to the takeaway, the employee said "no not interested" and put the phone down.
