Burger was nice, had a take out but every time we go here the drive through always seems to take priority over the counter, this was proven when one of the assistants actually took our order to the drive through window then brought it to us, hence it was lukewarm when we got home. They need to sort out packaging to keep food warm

Drive through is just silly, you shouldn’t have to check your meal before you move forward, it’s half 6 and I needed something for my two children and the one thing my autistic son cares about is what is missing. I ordered a happy meal and some chicken nuggets and chips, I called the restaurant and my only option was to bring my kids back out and go back through the drive through. I’m cross with myself for not looking but come on guys! It was a small order. Put the £5 I’ve given you to charity.

Food is usually of a decent standard and a good temperature unlike others in the area, only thing is they never put the sauce in the bag that you’re supposed to get with nuggets/dippers etc. other than that not too bad. Totally incompetent staff, The last 2-3 delivery orders I have received from this McDonalds has either been missing multiple items or it has been driven around for 20+ minutes and been stone cold, the Mcdelivery is a total waste of time as I have to drive there and sort the order out!

Absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through at 12.45 on Sunday 12th November 23 tried to order 2 meals, I could hear 2 girls having a conversation amongst there selves, when I asked if I could upgrade to large the servers response what “You what?” In a very rude tone. It gets worse.. I was asked to park in a bay to wait for my order, young girl walks to the car 15 minutes later with 1 meal, I said I ordered 2 meals and showed her the receipt, with attitude she then returned 10 minutes later with the second meal, by this time the first meal had gone cold. The customer service is shocking, so unprofessional the way I was spoken to. Disgusting!
Wont be going back here. Food was stone cold plus didn't get what I ordered & self serve machines didn't work
