Was here yesterday when we stopped for a break on our journey. I stupidly split my drink everywhere and the staff where more than helpful!! Not only did they clean it up, they made me a fresh drink free of charge as they understood it was an accident. Such a lovely gesture. Me and my partner will most certainly be back!!! Thankyou!

Very disappointed at this particular Starbucks inside the Welcome Break Services at Keele. It is small, rather dingy and has far too many uncleared tables with cups and trash left on them. Of course the coffee is great as are the choices you have to choose from. It was far to cold to use the seating area outside. Prices are standard and the staff were very pleasant working in this environment.
