Stayed one night on a visit to The Roaches and Lud’s Church. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking was reasonable. Staff were really friendly and it seemed really well managed.

Visited here with a party of approximately 16 people. We placed our order in advance but was informed that one main dish was not available. 6 people had to choose an alternative which they did when we arrived. The service was a little slow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good quality.

Usual Premier Inn standard in a lovely location. Staff at this hotel set bar high. Attentive, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Sadly, on this occasion whilst we enjoying a quiet drink in the bar at around 10.30pm we witnessed some appalling behaviour from 2 very drunken guests checking in. The abuse that staff had to put up with was really quite upsetting, especially when they have hard worked all evening ensuring everybody was well looked after. You can't please everyone, but the staff at the Leek hotel get 5 out of 5 from me & my wife. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The bed was uncomfortable and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor. The room was so hot, I know most premier inns are “hot” but this was beyond. The restaurant was closed on arrival but after going out for dinner we returned and it was then open. We tried to feedback and claim the good night guarantee, as we have stayed in premier inn multiple times and this was the first bad stay, however, after contacting via the website, instagram, and Facebook we are still yet to hear a reply aside from anyone taking our details for further investigation, which over 2 weeks later is awful. Otherwise this is a fairly standard premier inn, all the standard bits you’d expect from this chain. 20 min from Alton towers and reasonable value.

Excellent service from Sandra, Mark and all the team. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was excellent, breakfast was always hot and topped up well, every team member we encountered was happy and professional. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area or visiting Alton Towers.

Absolutely horrific, rude front of house staff. We had been trying to call the hotel all day as we was at a wedding till 12am so we wanted to call hotel to see if someone will be on reception when we arrived as we have 2 young children but there was no answer on the reception line from 12pm till gone 9 at night. Due this this we were made to leave the wedding at 10.30pm as we was worried there would be no one on front desk and with 2 tired young children we could not risk it ..... WELL i wish there no one on front desk as we was greeted with a women who clearly didn't like the job she was in. My husband ask a question 'Have you been busy all day' to her reply 'No not really' .... So why has the phone rang out all day resulted in us having to leave a wedding early! After a brief conversation she said 'Don't like it, find somewhere else to stay'!!! WOW for someone like me who also works on front of house reception I would NEVER speak to a guest the way 'Nikki' did. There was no apology for our issue. It was 'I wasn't here, didn't start work till 5pm'! Absolutely wrong attitude for someone that should be 'Greeting Staff' The first impression, is always the most important and 'Nikki' set it off wrong from the second we walked through the door. I can only hope I would never be approached the same way but staff again. On the other hand. Housekeeping.. Room was beautifully cleaned! After a horrible time downstairs, it made it up when we walked into a clean room! Thank you ?

Leek wasn’t known to us until I decided to visit Alton Towers. The location was perfect not mush going on but has a quiet atmosphere which I quite enjoyed. The rooms were big and more additional beds were under the main bed. plenty supply of tea and coffee and milk refills available without having to ask

Really great location, right in Leek town centre, so handy for all the shops, pubs and restaurants. Great room, nice breakfast and a great sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
