Went in for lunch with a few friends. The staff were helpful and friendly. I ordered the new Kit Kat hot chocolate, which was really great. All the tables I could see were clean, despite it being so busy. I asked the barista about the reduced opening hours and they explained that it was temporary, due to staffing issues.

They don’t seem to stick to the opening times (as mentioned in the previous reviews). 6.30 AM on working days and at 7.45 their drive through is still closed (sorry. Didn’t have time to pop in and check inside but that’s not really the point). Staff are more frequently unpleasant than pleasant and seem rather bored and annoyed. Much prefer to go to the island Costa on the other side of Lichfield. Seems to be much better. Yes, you should be getting the same coffee but we all know it’s not just the coffee, it’s everything that goes with it.
Decent coffee, facilitates below par, one toilet out of order, staff member was in other toilet for half an hour.
