We only popped in because the pub is near the train station and we needed a bite to eat. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food and a light bite turned into more drinks and dessert. Looking forward to coming back again!
We phoned up about 7pm for a last minute table of 5 and asked what time the kitchen shut but was told over the phone that they’d keep it open for us as we’d been in Birmingham all day and weren’t sure if we’d make the cut off. We’d order 2 mixed grills and 3 burgers and absolutely spot on, well done chef! The whole experience was great and the landlord was really accommodating for us and couldn’t do enough for us, we’ll definitely be back and we’ll come even more...read full review

Lovely pub, very warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Bar staff were really friendly, good selection of drinks and great value for money. Definitely one of my go to pubs from now on!
