Visited this greggs today during a shift (ambulance service) and the kindest lady behind the counter sorted mine and crew mates bill and said the food was on her, having things like this happen really does make our day more than you'd imagine, didn't catch her name, but thank you so much! ?

The best greggs in Lichfield- there are two. This one has a small seating area and all the food you’d expect at greggs. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently good.

Your good. That’s why you’re always busy

Love the sausage rolls

This Greggs is a good place to find cheap lunch but is the busiest of the 2 in the short radius. So you normally get pipping hot or cold food due to the larger demand.I would recommend this place but less than the other Greggs.

Quick friendly service and great coffee.

Went first thing in the morning. Able to drive the car close nearby as no restrictions before 9am in the town centre. Well stocked full of sandwiches, cakes, treats, Drinks and pasties. Breakfast deals available, roll and drink for about £2.30. Omelette roll lovely as always, but the Americano coffee tasted vile today and after couple sips it went in the bin ☹️ normally tastes lovely. I'm not sure what happened today.Polite and attentive staff member, Covid signs say wear masks not that the coupleIn front of me seemed to care. Can order and collect or have food delivered and you can even buy a gift card for your loved ones for Christmas ( just what they always wanted ) ?

Couldn't get wifi in store unable to use app and lost out on promotional rewards. Staff were not as helpful as they could be, other Gregg's stores have been far more helpful. Food was OK but the shelves were not full and when asked if more was due out a blunt reply was no only what's out. Disappointed. Covid19 systems in place and sanitizer was available. Decent hours.

Went very recently. Did keep to social distancing guidelines. But only 1 person in front. Had a chicken and bacon sub. Very tasty. Staff very friendly. Worth a visit. You can use the Gregg's App to order in advance, or to pay for your food contactless. Which means you can collect rewards. Like this Gregg's very much.Went yesterday afternoon. Very quiet, so only 1 person in front of me. They still haven't got the full range of sandwiches for sale. Had a filled baguette, and box of 6 Yum-Yums (£1.30). As box of 2 long Yum-Yums is £1.00, thought it is cheaper to buy a box of 6. Used Gregg's app, so made it quicker and easier to pay for my food. Shop is very clean. Felt very safe, especially with floor markings to keep to social distancing. Food was very nice, especially the Yum-Yums. They are so nice with the icing. Worth buying food from.

The "Mangerress" told a very talented busker to keep the noise down, bitter old lady! I certainly won't be spending my money in there!
