Had a nice coffee and a brownie. My friend had a custard tart. Both nice but we should have asked for a knife as both were hard to eat as the pastry was hard and the brownie was very dense. Nice taste though.
Two of us called in on a busy Tuesday lunchtime in late August: internally, the place was packed to the rafters, but we managed to find outside seating at the back of the premises. I was a little surprised that it was necessary for one of us to have to return inside to place our orders but, as my dining companion had been here before, they 'knew the drill' and duly obliged.We didn't have to wait long before two delicious Milk Shakes appeared. Fantastic food, drink, and the staff are very pleasant - well worth the money. I had a BLT bagel with mayo, salad and chips. You get a generous helping of bacon which is lovely and crispy also the chips were really warm. Highly recommend visiting this establishment.
