Second time my order has been wrong ordered fish & chips and just got fish in a box with loads of batter bits more batter than fish staff need to concentrate on orders instead of talking and no I couldn't bring it back as I live 4 miles

Ordered foor for the family, had a few issues in the past but it was always rectified. Tonight I ordered like usual and it was missing an item. I caught up with the delivery driver before he left and he came back with another whole meal free of charge. Brilliant service.

I used to love this place as it reminded me of a London chippy. But lately, it's been letting itself down. Fish has been dry chips nasty. Chicken Over cooked. Chicken kebabs fatty stringy bits. The biggest problem is the chips. Fed up hearing, it's the time of year , or it's how they come to us. It's the shops duty surely to check they are edible! The photos are a take away opened withing 10mins of buying.Dietary restrictions: They assured my friend that the kebabs were halal. Which I wasn't aware of.
We had a takeaway comprising of kabab meat on nan bread and chips which we both enjoyed, thanks. My only concern was, I watched a guy cutting freshly cooked chicken kabab meat and then mixing it with older chicken meat in the hot plate, not sure if this is a good healthy practice!!!!
