Stayed overnight and could not fault our room. Clean and comfortable and refreshing that there was no television.
However not so enamoured with our evening meal and service. Expected table service and did not appreciate having to order our food at the bar and waiting in the queues for drinks. Food was good but by the time it arrived at our table some 50 minutes after ordering, had gone past being hungry and couldn’t really appreciate the culinary expertise.
We found ourselves at a table tucked right at the back and by the toilets and found it too “ atmospherically dark.
Wouldn’t book to dine in- house again
