I have been for bottomless brunch twice at this branch - both times, Jade has been working and I couldn’t sing her praises enough! She is so attentive, easy to chat to and just all round great vibes. Darwin and Bear truly is a hidden gem of Newcastle! Already looking forward to my next visit :))

Myself and 3 friends went for bottomless brunch yesterday and it was an amazing afternoon. Service was great, drinks kept flowing and the food was lovely. Definitely got our moneys worth for £30 each and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They also surprised my friend with a tray of shots and sang happy birthday to her as we were there celebrating her 40th. Honestly can’t recommend the place enough (even with a raging hangover). Lovely staff at the bar very attentive, nice decor throughout and some retro consoles at the front of the venue. Unfortunately the food was quite disappointing, waited 40 minutes for dirty fries and a portion of wedges. Fries were just underwhelming, burnt around the edges and cold in places. Overall would return for drinks and good atmosphere but not for food
