Omg the nicest people ever run this sweet little coffee shop. The service is amazing, and there’s choices for vegans too.I dropped my coffee and they quickly replaced it for free. This has made my day, thank you ? blueberry Bakewell is gorgeousVegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options

Always a good coffee and snacks from here. Much better and cheaper than the Starbucks inside. Fully recommend.

Frequented this coffee shop every week for the past two months. Experience was positive at first, with the chap providing excellent service. In recent weeks, I've been stood waiting whilst a staff member texts and there's barely a smile to be seen. I'm not even sure I'm getting the oat milk I ask for in my drinks. Customers will start their day here and should receive a positive experience.

Two sips worth of a flat white and two inches of foam is what I was presented with.when I asked for it to be topped up with more milk I received even more foam. As a barista myself maybe more training would help this place! May just be a one off but for a place with “gourmet” in the title I think gourmet should be the standard, you know? Great biscuit and cafe setting though! (I hadn’t taken a single sip in that picture)

It's a competent café that could do with being bigger and easier to get to.

Excellent coffee, Meg was very polite and appreciative of me buying my 2 latte's from her. I am a regular at this station and will definately go there again

Excellent service, quick, high quality and lovely staff. Probably the best coffee shop I’ve been to in a train station! 100% recommend

Really tasty flapjack, very accommodating for gluten free customers, served by a very friendly girl and definitely will be going back for a coffee next time

I guess these places are always going to be expensive for refreshments as once you are in you are a captive audience. Tunnocks Tea Cakes.....£1.99 for 6 (which is retail price in a shop) you pay more than half of that for 1! I had a regular tea £2.40 - the large versions of the drinks werent much more to be fair.

Unfortunately this business has deteriorated since my last visit few months ago. I have been a regular customer over last few years. Shows signs of change of management and attempts cut costs… my main grievances cold coffee, milk starting to turn, place in need of a good clean, management unwilling listen to customer’s views. Place to avoid…
