I like it here, it's very clean and I enjoy the Mcplant. The other Macdonalds in Cannock has gone a bit tattyVegetarian options: Veggie option limited but tasty. You can add an extra Patty on the mcplant

Good and fast service I’ve never had an issue at this McDonald’s and the atmosphere is greatWheelchair accessibility: There is only one floor to the restaurant which means no one will struggle to get up any stairs and the entrance doors are automatic and there is plenty of space for a wheelchair to fit

Visited a bit later than normal for tea so was nice and quiet. Surprisingly food wasn’t that fast… up to usual McDonald’s standard though. Gets 4 stars because the toilets were pretty bad… cubicle out of use, not particularly clean and no soap in dispensers. Sinks dirty too.

The new spicy franks red hot chicken burger was disgusting the chicken was like thick gristle was definitely not chicken or edible really dissatisfied. am a regular customer and have never had a burger this

Vistes here Friday night on way to somewhere else. My order came to £5:08 I gave £10 first and then the 8p so I could get £5 back he refused to take the 8p and started chatting to another colleague abd handed my change back I asked him why did you refuse abd not listen to my request he replied I already had my hand in the till and i don't mess about when I do. I said I didn't ask you to mess about it was a genuine request and he said drive on you holding things up. I believe he lacked arithmetic skills so ignored my request. Mcdonalds should review their recruitment and ensure people with basic arithmetic skills are employed.

Went to this mcdonalds for a quick stop off and met the nicest member of staff I've ever come across. Tina is an absolute asset to any store. What a helpful attentive lady :)

Lovley McDonalds, Staff are friendly, and the cleaner was great at helping us have a clean table. She even offered to dispose of a rubbish at the end, too.Food was hot. Would choose this McDonalds over the others in Stafford as they went the extra mile.

I ordered a couple of meals, but missed one burger. They soon sorted it out when I told them what happened. I totally understand how busy they are & I like to say how professional they deal with errors ?
