Absolutely disgusting!!!! Came here today, 27th Mar, for a birthday meal for my dad's 65th. The main meals were served propmptly and were delicious. However when we finished our mains we decided to order some desserts. I ordered an Apple Crumble, Eton Mess, and sponge pudding at about 13:20. They said it'd be about 20 minutes. Half an hour later, at 13:50, they still hadn't arrived, so i went up and asked the staff, saying they're coming out right now. At 14:10, there was still nothing even though they told us it'd be right out at 13:50. So i asked again, and they said again its just being plated. When i told the staff they'd already said this 20 minutes ago, the staff member then snapped at me, saying he was watching them do it right now. At 14:20ish over an hour later, they arrived. The Eton Mess was nothing to write about. The apple crumble was cold, and the sponge pudding was very undercooked. After waiting an hour, how is that possible!!! This ruined an otherwise lovely meal. And stressed my dad out on his birthday. The restaurant wasn't even busy!

We visited Brindley Farm as we were just passing as been out & about, it was a bit earlier than we would normally eat but decided to pop in, parked on the car park plenty of spaces although seemed busy, but on going in asked for a table - shown to table, all 3 of us decided to have carvery, went to the bar to order, then went to get carvery - choice of 3 meats turkey, gammon & beef got 2 Yorkshire puddings as had a big plate - it was extra for pigs in blankets! Then plenty of potato choice, roasts, mash, new potatoes, then good choice of veg, red cabbage, carrots, sprouts, cauliflower cheese, roasted, parsnips, stuffing, gravy.... I was completely full, but enjoyed the carvery. Couldn't manage a dessert but was able to order cake & take it home! Would recommend Brindley Farm & would return in the future.Parking: Free parking for 3 hours
Edit Came to try the breakfast absolutely brilliant carvery and service left thoroughly stuffed and satisfiedCame for a bit of food and wasn't to disappointed my partner had carvery and said it was one of the best she'd had I had wings and a burger they were just basic chain food foods but filled a hole the service was very quick and professional and a nice relaxed atmosphere

Excellent food, excellent service, relaxed atmosphere3of us went for a meal 18/3/2024 we are all strange eater’s ie 1vegie, 1 gluten free, vinegar free, mustard free and barley free, plus 1 chicken meat only ? The guy that served us was so helpful and friendly he deserves the full 5 stars. Thank you to him, we will definitely be backFood was also so cheap, and fresh vegetables on the carvery, not the frozen muck you get at some places.Vegetarian options: I had the cheese, onion and potato pie with the carvery (no meat) one had the other veggie pie with the carvery (no meat)Dietary restrictions: Everything seems to be catered forParking: Disabled parking right by the entrance. Seemed plenty of spaces
