Took my daughter for her first costa experience and the server Rachel was amazing! Couldn't of asked for better service and atmosphere! She was amazing!! My daughter is now definitely a costa fanKid-friendliness: Rachel was amazing with my daughter!
The usual Costa style.Staff very friendly and helpfull. Lots of space and lots of seating. It was not so busy and service was quick with a smile.Parking: Lots of free parking spaces

Costa at the Odeon in Stoke on Trent is my go to coffee shop. Always excellent service & lots of regular visitors so they must be getting it right. The store is always clean & tidy & staff clearly work hard to keep it that way. The staff are mainly made up of hard working young people who are very personable. Keep up the hard work. Drinks are very good & always have been.
