After ordering a burger and getting a meal (that was the wrong burger) explaining the burger was wrong and I didn't order a meal was told just take it as it's more expensive than what you ordered. Explained this has mayo on, and I hate mayo, so I just want the bacon double that I ordered. Was then told you can't taste the mayo. After more insisting from me no I want the burger I ordered, they took it away chuntering to themselves and gave me the bacon double, got home and they had put mayo on that. Will never use this Burger King again.

In here currently. Waited an age for our order as the children behind the counter don't have a clue. Sign on till says if you want to jump the queue use the kiosk yet they are refusing to serve people at the till. Little blonde girl who looks about 12 has a huge chip on her shoulder and has been very rude to the delivery drivers.An age since we have been and we won't be rushing back

The absolute peak of customer disappointment, the chances that burger king could of accidently assembled a more incompetent,uncaring, uninterested team of staff and places them all in one restaurant defies belief. Had multiple bad experiences here and following the latest visit I have to have my say. Greeted by a child on the speaker asking me to wait multiple times while chewing gum and making weird clicking noises then told packets of sauce are now 30p which is disgraceful ( in their defence that's probably a head office decision) and the 2 for one whopper offer on the app is subject to sugar tax if you want coke. Waited 30 mins for them to bring it out and it was cold as balls! Like a lot of places nowadays they prioritise Uber eats and deliveroo and it seems the customers that want to go to the actual restaurant are more of an annoyance. I ate in my car this time due to the last visit the seating area was sticky with food and wrappers everywhere.The one in Freeport is the only other one in the area that I know of but the lack of a drive through is an inconvenience that I will suffer from now on. Well done too all the staff of Hanley burger king for showing everyone else everywhere how not to do it

Great service but dirty tables, even when cleaned, not cleaned properly so felt quite grubby. Bin full and staff member had to be told by someone to empty it. Could just be that one staff

Poor service, ordered 2 meals, one was missing the chips and came cold, no ice in the drinks machine plus hardly any drinks available and the ones that they did have were flat and warm. We were the only customers there yet the tables were still dirty with leftovers, to top it off the building was freezing, no heating on at all. I enjoy a good meal from Burger King but this meal was definitely not worth the money we paid.

Fastfood restaurant located close to Hanley. Located inside the Century Retail park. Plenty of parking space available. This store does not have kiosk to do order. We will have to go to the counters. Also the burger King app never worked for me. Tried several times and end up ordering from the counter. This shop is not too crowded. So not very difficult to order through the counter.Parking: Plenty of free parking space available outside the shop. Located inside Century Retail parkKid-friendliness: Not too crowded and this is located away from the city traffic. So it is easy to find a seat to sit with kids and family.
Went through drive through an service was really quick, that is the only positive comment I have! I ordered a double cheese burger and loaded fries which came to just under £10 which I thought was ridiculous..... the burger had no sauce and I wasn't offered any and the fries were over salted and it only over powered the cheese sauce the portions were tiny and I was left feeling robbed..... McDonald's is definitely the way forward

OK the food is Great here but what I did not like was I was waiting a few minutes at the till while about 4 or 5 staff where chatting not a one of them noticed I was waiting be served even though they where in front of me and i had other impatient customers behind me at the drinks machine sorry there is only 1 drinks machine other than that food is excellent and the prices are very good and the food amount is plentiful
