Costa at the Odeon in Stoke on Trent is my go to coffee shop. Always excellent service & lots of regular visitors so they must be getting it right. The store is always clean & tidy & staff clearly work hard to keep it that way. The staff are mainly made up of hard working young people who are very personable. Keep up the hard work. Drinks are very good & always have been.

Spacious with plenty of parking at the front due to the cinema. Also very peaceful. Unfortunately didn’t have the QR code scanner for the app

The queue is always loooong!!!!!! Needs more choice in the cake department, a lump of flapjack doesn't do it for me! Couldn't get a drink before seeing Belfast on Saturday as wait was too long!

Don't know how good or bad the store was-it was supposed to open at 10am. Staff inside saw us waiting, and also leaving at 10past to go somewhere else.

As a sub group to our regular WI (Let's Make Jam) a friend and I run a book club called the Jamanory Book Hub. We meet regularly at this Costa and really like it here. The staff are friendly and always willing help. We aren't a big noisy group and I sometimes take my 3 children (2x teans and a tween) who are happy to sit and do homework up a corner and discuss what going on in their own lives, amongst themselves. We normally go on a Monday when its usually pretty quiet and there's usually about 5- 6 of us including a lady with a guide dog (who is always immaculately behaved) and we are always made to feel welcome. There is a disabled toilet inside as with most Costas but there are also more toilets in the adjoining foyer of the cinema. Its always kept clean. There are always a good selection of biscuits and treats - hence the reason my entourage (kids) love it too.

One of the worst costas in the area. The drinks took forever, the cake stale and the seating slightly shabby. My barista put so much spice on my cappuccino it felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge!
