So i got a hot chocolate taste ..was good one of the reason i gave 1 star but it was coldMy partner had a large americano coffee which was not very strong either we order another americano 35min later and a girl serve us large americano which was nice excep it was acctually large and what the guy served us first time around was a medium and we paid for large anyway we did not bother saying anything no point of causing trouble but it very dissapointed

Hi I love Costa I am customer for long most of them good people work but today one of worker she was been roude I was asked her medium late but she made small one I told her that was medium the she get mad abut it but that was her mistake she shouldn't treated customers like that.

It's coffee but not the best coffee and they should do breakfasts the last time me and my family went costa coffee there was cardboard outside the door and side of the door where homeless people person had slept ppl wanting to go in and had to go elsewhere , we went costa festival I just about made it in my powerchair it wasn't great there either they should do breakfasts and other meals to attract customers then they'll have a coffee after breakfast coffee shops are going downhill and terrible service except esquires in Hanley there nice there and good serviceand good coffee.

Bought a mango bubble frap and it had no mango bubbles in it shouldn't pay for half a drink

We went on Friday lunchtime and it wasn't that busy. And no wonder. There were hardly any sandwiches or wraps. I asked if that was all they had and was advised that they were waiting for a delivery. Hardly any choice of cake as well. Not good planning at all. The staff look as if they really don't care. The tables were littered with dirty dishes. The toilet was disgusting. The main entrance cannot be used at the moment as the shutter is broken and has been like that for over a week. So the place looks like it's closed. Overall not a good experience.
Can't beat Costa coffee always good service and always good coffee. You can't go wrong in any Costa never had a bad member of staff always polite and friendly.

Good & friendly staff with good food and coffee. The only thing that stopped it getting 5 stars is that there was a long period where there were a few tables full with finished cups and trays.

I visited this Costa Coffee on my way work to get a take out cappuccino. The staff are very helpful and the new look coffee shop is very inviting and warm looking. I will be calling in on a daily basis..
