I had the chicken shawarma and chips, the service was very good, the premise was clean, the portion was plenty and the shawarma was tasty and the chips were cooked to order.

I have lived in the Middle East on n off for years, and I have been wanting to eat authentic Middle Eastern food here in the UK, and I think I have found what I've been looking for here in Hanley. Just the smell on walking into the restaurant/takeaway reminds me of hot warm evenings in Kuwait, eating outside with a nice cold cola and a smoke. The lamb shawarma chip wrap with salad is my favourite meal. The bread is hand-made and cooked in a fire pit right in front of you as you wait. The ingredients are fresh with a large selection of sauces, and the prices are very nicely priced. The people serving are polite and are very efficient. The menu is very extensive and plentiful. 10 out of 10 for me.

I ordered donner kebas X2 chicken kebab X2 with chips & salad for the family the kebabs smelt off it tasted stale too , the salad was not fresh but rather stale and the chips were not fresh either highly priced low quality food and the Gentleman preparing our food was sweating profusely and no it wasn't hot that none us ate the food !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Their wraps are good when they do it in a fresh naan bread, but you will be lucky to get a fresh naan bread. Disgusting service.
I've ordered at 19.20 something that never arrived - the phone number is useless as nobody answers or calls after you leave a voicemail. I later found out from the delivery Dine Order that they don't even deliver after 7pm even though my order went through and they took the money. Waste of my time waiting for food when I could've done lots of things on that time. Never again.
