I have lived in the Middle East on n off for years, and I have been wanting to eat authentic Middle Eastern food here in the UK, and I think I have found what I've been looking for here in Hanley. Just the smell on walking into the restaurant/takeaway reminds me of hot warm evenings in Kuwait, eating outside with a nice cold cola and a smoke.
