I paided for a pizza and clicked delivery and they are saying they can’t deliver or give me my money back . WHAT A SCAM.

Ordered three pizzas, one for my husband, one for myself, and one for our son and hour and 20 minutes later still no pizza. Each time we Ring they say the pizza is on its way. We are literally 10-15 minutes max away. Staff member very apologetic, however not good enough. Son has been asking for pizza it’s now 8pm I have told them I do not trust what they’re saying for all I know the delivery guy still at the depot! I am now fixing something for my son to eat, so he can go to bed. Very poor service. Will be thinking twice before I use this particular service again.

Appalling pizza!! These are now a franchise and the food is very poor and that’s being kind!! I ordered a takeaway which arrived nearly 90mins later and cold. I then tried to call for nearly 40 mins without an answer, eventually got through and they sent out new ones which were warm but still crappy. Barely any toppings and cardboard like. Surprised that papa johns DONT have a customer service number. Says it all really

Absolute poor services! Avoid at all cost. I’m literally in crutches and they told me they will not be able to deliver my food to my flat door because it is “company’s policy”. I explained nicely that I am not able to come downstairs as I’ve hurt my foot and I’m on crutches. Disgusting behaviour and very appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE IN A FLAT unless you’re willing to go downstairs and meet them for your food.

I called to unfortunately complain that my pizza was cold and inedible. The person on the phone who claimed to be the manager 'Adam' was immediately confrontational and somehow placed the blame somewhere between myself (confusingly) and the product supplied to them (making it okay?) He then proceeded to lie to me, claiming that he doesn't have a surname.

AVOID !! customer service is shocking 1hr and 20 mins for my delivery.. rang up as it arrived cold.. hardly any toppings and just rubbish!!To be told on the phone by the rudest guy ever.. "it's not cold" blank right told me my food wasn't cold .. when I argued this he then repeated "its not cold" and put the phone down on me .. absolutely disgusting customer service I've I've left £50 lighter with cold food .. I'm really dissapointed and in my life I've never experienced customer service as bad as that I feel extremely deflated. I agree with a couple of reviews that it's a shame because these are usually nicer than dominos .. but I will never .. ever order again. And I hope the man of the phone really is ashamed… copied and pasted from another customers review who appeared to have exactly the same problem… this place needs shutting down. I’m also pretty sure that they have no concerns for allergies or intolerances as my dairy free cheese was in fact dairy cheese

Pizza shop at Stoke On Trent. Located in a calm area. No dine in option available at this shop. Only take away. You can find good offers if you order online. I like the taste of pizzas. I feel this pizza is much better than the pizza from expensive pizza maker chain. You can collect or get it delivered. The parking space is less, but you can easily find a space nearby. Not very difficult to find a space.

The pizza lacked in flavour because it was way to greasy and the crust was very chewy. I would suggest they used a decent cheese that has flavour instead of the chemical garbage they are using.

This evening was my first time having Papa John's, we had one of the deals. Food arrived fast and hot, we really enjoyed it and the tato tots are amazing. We ordered dessert too and wow. Will definitely order again

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Pizza delivered really quickly way cheaper than dominos £30 for two large pizzas and sides on the deals and way better. The chicken and cheese dough balls were to die for won't be using dominos again. New pizza delivery place
