Went here for a pint before heading into Cheadle, the lady behind the bar was lovely, we didn't eat but the food looked so good we booked in for the next day :) well priced for the area and would go back. It opens 12pm and closes around 2pm then reopens at 6pm

We visited here for my fathers 70th birthday. There were 17 of us and they catered for our various special requests. We all enjoyed our meals, which were hot, plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend or return.

The Queens is an independent dining venue with actual named chefs! A nicely blended mix of a pub atmosphere with a more formal restaurant edge. You're made welcome and well looked after the second you step in, making it a more personal experience. The menu isn't massive, but it's varied and there's a great specials board, often with a selection of fish dishes that you don't tend to find in similar pub restaurants. They use quality ingredients and it shows.

Had a table for 17 for a 70th birthday party. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help even with special requests. The food was amazing and everyone praised their meal. I would definitely recommend this venue and will certainly return.
