Overall, Drayton manor has been great but this burger kitchen really lets the side down. The burgers are over-processed and dry which is not what I would expect for £15 for a meal.I feel genuinely sorry for the people that are staffing this outlet as they are trying super hard but there's no way they can make up for such a rubbish product at so high a price. Visited on 2/8/23 , place was busy due to the chicken diner being closed , couldn’t find a table for myself , wife and 2 kids , they waited around while I went to order , 20 minute wait to order , 25 minute wait for the food after , they food a table which helped , but table where not getting cleaned , mess all over , the food quality was good however , but certainly not £15 mealsThe kids meals where a rip off at £7.99 , 3 chicken nuggets and about 15 chips , certainly not...read full review

Better quality food than a McDonald's or something. Kids falafel burger was very tasty. Chips nice and meat and chicken burgers good too. The building is a bit shabby and it was very noisy (kids and acoustics didn't mix). Only one server at midday so a number of people trying to jump the queue. Otherwise ok. There on a Saturday but not school hols.
