Chicken bake was served to me stone cold. The cashier never warned that it was freezing and refused to reheat it.

Caramel latte with vanilla and cream\\nAbsolutely scrumdiddlyishush.\\nHubby's bacon roll delish.\\nGlad they finally got the hot water fixed.\\nFrom just 1 or 2 people in the queue it was almost back to m\\u0026s.\\nAll staff wearing masks.

Good baguettes and okay prices, grumpy staff, cold pasties
Wonderful, kind & friendly and helpful staff - called in to Tamworth services yesterday at about 6 pm and a lovely lady - Emma - was very kind, friendly and helpful ~ she saw I was struggling with some purchases from M & S and she suggested I have a Greggs carrier bag as my hands were full and was dropping things ~ she was a 5 star lady and exceptionally kind ~ thank you Emma.
