“I popped in to see the landlord and the new chef the day before the Ladies day at Uttoxeter races to see if they could do us a breakfast for a stag do, and he replied straightaway and said yes and we were booked in. Turned up on Friday morning to a reserved table on a busy day and the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful. It was also nice to see that unlike some pubs in town that on busy days have only ONE person serving, in the Dapple they had at least 6 people serving and even though it was busy, there was never a huge queue. Top service and highly recommend. Thanks for a great start to a long day :)”

“One of the best curries we had for ages. The service was spot on from booking over the phone to table service. The young man who served us was lovely. Efficiently run establishment and nice atmosphere. The decor was smart and the place was nice and clean. Would recommend.”

Bar • “18th century coaching inn, bedroom had all original oak beams and sloping floor, comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The restaurant/ bar is modern and spacious. Warm welcome and some nice food.
And haunted.....”
