“Met up with a family group today 11th may. Our first time visiting. It wont be our last. Food was lovely hot and fresh There was 1/2 hr wait but we chatted and had an extra drink. Shop is very good too lots to browse and purchase. A thoroughly enjoyable time”

“Again to be clear. The serving team does a very good job. Attentive and Professional. Always it's clean. Range is very limited, poorly thought out Junk food menus. Could and should do so much better. Plastic cholesterol junk food. Any motorway cafe across Europe does so much better. Rail stations too. Equipment forever breaks down. Poor preventive maintenance. Poor planning. Poor group management. Uttoxeter Store staff are good, doing a great job. Let down by Cowboy Group Management and lack of support. Good Staff leave. Some healthier foods, and better equipment preventive maintenance getting a grip? Store team 5 stars. Costa 2. Costa needs to really up its game. Cowboy outfit. It should be so much better. Get a Chef review, what is possible? Could sell more and be more. Costa lot for not a lot. Costa innovate for God's sake. Support the stores. Look at the competition. Are you mentally wrapped in Missionary opposition? At least try face up. Could be so much better.”
