It's pretty standard as Costa's inside another store go (it could do with a spruce-up, as others have said), but the main credit to here is the friendliness of the staff. They greet you with a smile, will talk to you and the coffee is always nice too.
Great coffee and great staff. Prices are fairly standard, but I do agree the outlet does need a good refurbishment as it is looking a bit worn, but it is still a great place to grab a coffee or snack!
