We called here for a spot of lunch during our shopping visit to the complex next door, the staff were really polite, accommodating and helpful, I ordered our food through thd app and because it was dinnertime expected more of a wait but our food and drinks were on the table within 20 minutes.

This place is our half way meeting place, I live in Ashby, my son in Stoke. We meet at Christmas, March l, May and September. This is for family events. There are usually 6 children and 5 adults. We love this place as the children are made welcome by the staff [especially Jane B and Mark]. There is always some banter between them. All the years we have been, never ever had a bad meal. Reasonably priced and something for everyone. There is a small children's play area indoors. Would thoroughly recommend it for families.Parking: Car park is small but oppositea big shopping car park witl lots of spaces

Absolutely horrendous experience.No meet and great, no table service, I had to go to the bar to order everything.I ordered the sirloin steak, albeit well done, it turned up burnt from either a bbq or from the sun!!I will never return to this hole

Great team on the bar as well, who were both friendly and helpful.Food was hot, well cooked, tasty and well presented.
