What a little gem this place is. Right on our doorstep in Uttoxeter. One of the best restaurants I have been to. From start to finish couldn't fault it. Food, excellent, drink, excellent, service excellent. Price. Excellent, will definitely be going back. We'll done.

The restaurant was a few steps away from the B & B we were staying at. Mario’s is extremely clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly and efficient and very attentive without being intrusive. The menu was quite comprehensive . I’m not a great fan of pasta but there were sufficient alternatives to please me whilst the rest of the party enjoyed their Italian dishes. This was the third time we've eaten at Mario's in two years, and we thoroughly enjoy our meals there. Lovely friendly service, excellent food (and plenty of it..I can rarely finish it off!) and great house wine. We took my 87yr old Aunt, her son and his wife with us last Saturday and they felt exactly the same as us. All at very reasonable prices too. We're so glad it's close to us !
