I love Costa, a regular when working in London and now a regular at Beccles. Not sure about the reviews I have just seen on here, I have only ever had good service, even during the height of the pandemic (when we were allowed out!). Everyone, irrespective of profession, has had to get to grips with new ways of working and when you're dealing with members of the public, also getting to grips with news ways, that's not always easy. Always limited choice of hot food at any Costa. Cakes are ok. Lots of seating at this Costa. Took a while to get our food as the shop was very busy. The staff have to try and find the person who ordered the food as there is no system in place to know who ordered what
